2 weeks agoVery Disappointing Stay – Room 203 Our experience was extremely disappointing and the room was nowhere near what we expected. The room had two separate single beds pushed together, with mattresses of different sizes and levels. It was extremely uncomfortable for a couple to sleep together, and there was an awkward gap/uneven surface between the mattresses. This is simply not acceptable for a couple’s room. The TV had no working channels, making it practically useless. Even worse, there was no telephone in the room to contact reception when we needed assistance. The blanket provided was far too small, especially considering the cold climate in Munnar. We expected a proper, warm-sized blanket suitable for two people, but what was provided was completely inadequate. For the price charged, the basic facilities and comfort were seriously lacking. The management needs to pay much more attention to room preparation and guest comfort. Room 203 was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here unless these basic issues are properly addressed.
