a month agoAvoid this hotel! I honestly don’t understand how this place has a 3-star rating. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were cold and unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was in terrible condition: the bed sheets were stained, the toilet was broken, the TV didn’t work, and even the electrical outlets were not working. Hot water was only available at certain hours, which was never clearly mentioned. There was no breakfast, no room service, and nothing that matches the standards of a 3-star hotel. It felt more like a poorly maintained guest room than a hotel. We arrived at 9:00 PM after a long journey and were extremely disappointed. I would never stay here again and I strongly advise others to avoid this place. It definitely does not deserve its 3-star rating.
