a month agoVery disappointing experience with Voyehomes. I booked a property through Voyehomes for my client and paid around ₹27,000 in advance from my own funds based on the booking confirmation. Unfortunately, my client’s payment is still pending, and I have also not received my payment. The biggest issue was that the venue management directly showed the actual bill/pricing to my client, even though I had a separate agreed quotation and business margin with my client. This completely affected my profit and put me in a very difficult position with my customer. As a service provider, I trusted Voyehomes to handle the booking professionally, but ultimately I was left bearing the financial loss and facing questions from my client regarding the pricing. I have already followed up with the team regarding this issue, but it has still not been properly resolved. I would strongly request Voyehomes to take responsibility, clarify what happened, and resolve the pending payment issue. I am sharing this review based on my actual experience so other service providers can be aware and make an informed decision before making bookings.
